Live classes are your direct connection to me, allowing me to guide you deeper in your practice with a bespoke Pilates program created for your body-specific needs. Live classes are for you who want a deeply bespoke practice with detailed support from me, practicing directly in your own home.
Live classes are 60 min.
Price 150€ incl. VAT.
When signing up you will be able to note down any needs you have for your live class and what props you have available where you practice.
After booking you will receive a direct link to the live class.
Cancellation 24h before class starts.
Live classes can be re-booked directly in the booking system.
I use a 0,5 cm mat, choose a thicker one if needed.
Any weight you feel comfortable with and have at home. Alternatively any weighted object works.
