1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply when you visit the Tones Pilates website, create an account, purchase an online membership, access on-demand classes, or book services offered by Tones Pilates.

By using the website or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website, purchase a membership, or access the online studio.

2. Provider details

The services are provided by Tones Pilates, operated by Tone Raft.

3. The online membership

The online membership gives active members access to the on-demand Pilates library made available through the Tones Pilates online studio.

Unless a separate offer states otherwise, the membership is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. The membership does not include private sessions, live classes, retreats, or other services unless expressly stated at checkout.

Access to the online library is personal to you. You may not share your login, distribute videos, record classes, or make the content available to anyone else.

4. Account, checkout, and payment

Account creation, login, checkout, payment processing, video access, and subscription management may be handled by Arketa and its payment partners. You may be asked to accept Arketa's own terms and privacy information during checkout or login.

Prices are shown at checkout before you complete a purchase. Any applicable taxes, renewal terms, and billing frequency should be reviewed before payment.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

5. Renewal, cancellation, and failed payments

A monthly membership renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the next billing date. Cancellation is handled through your Arketa account or by contacting us if you need help.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless required by law or stated at checkout, cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period.

If a payment fails, access may be paused, restricted, or marked as past due by Arketa or the payment provider until the payment issue is resolved.

6. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer purchasing online from Denmark or the EU, you may generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

For digital content or digital services, the withdrawal right may be limited or lost if you expressly request or consent to immediate access before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge the legal consequence of doing so during checkout.

7. Health and movement disclaimer

Tones Pilates content is for general movement, wellbeing, and educational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, or a substitute for professional medical care.

You are responsible for deciding whether a class is suitable for your body, health, pregnancy or postpartum stage, injury history, and current capacity. If you are unsure, consult a qualified health professional before participating.

Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual discomfort. Participation is at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual property

All videos, class structures, text, images, branding, design, and other content on the website and in the online studio belong to Tones Pilates or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may use the content only for your own personal practice. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, teach from, stream, download, record, or redistribute the content without written permission.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website and online studio available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may happen because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, or events outside our control.

We may update, add, remove, or reorganise classes, categories, features, pricing, or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tones Pilates is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption, or issues caused by third-party platforms, internet access, devices, or payment providers.

11. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Danish law, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence apply.
