My retreats are grounded in deepening your Pilates practice, longer classes, more time for correction, and hands-on guidance to strengthen your practice for when you move at home. There is time for bespoke movement programs and private practice with me. These retreats are for you who want to slow down and work deeper with your movement and your whole body.
